Scott's Background

Scott was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii where he began a career in teaching, coaching, and athletic administration. He later moved to New York where he earned an MBA degree in finance and worked as a financial analyst. He returned to Hawaii in 1991, joined the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and began a successful career in real estate - first with Century 21, then as a multi-million-dollar producer with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. He then started his own real estate company in 2002.

Scott has assisted many clients in the marketing and sale of their properties; and has helped many first-time Oahu buyers in the purchase of second/vacation homes, families relocating to Hawaii, and those in search of investment properties or that special first home.

  • Preview properties and provide feedback to save you time.
  • Quick notification. When a newly listed property comes on the market that meets your criteria, I will contact you right away.
  • Screen the MLS database at least once a day to insure new properties on the market come to your attention in a timely manner.
  • Once we determine the specific type of property you're looking for, I won't just wait for something to come on the market, but, with your permission, will approach owners to inquire if they are interested in selling. I'll also tap into other sources to help find the property that most closely meets your needs.
